2. Law Enforcement (23 years total, 20 years sworn LAPD)

Motor officer in the San Fernando Valley. After the 1997 North Hollywood Bank Shootout, Connor co-developed the POST-certified 12-gauge shotgun certification program for motorcycle officers — a program that became standard training across multiple agencies.
