When AI hit critical mass I didn't ask permission. I was already in Stanford research studies in 2021. While other agents are still debating whether to use AI, I'm running an agency that deploys it — daily shows, lead pipelines, automation systems, AI-infused property websites, and full CRM buildouts for clients nationwide.
