Good day everyone – Yesterday evening, I was inside of a local Grocery Store and received a phone call on a new listing that we just had a sign installed at within Valencia CA.

While I was speaking with the nice lady, who turned out to be not so nice and hate Realtors, we were disconnected.

I had to go to Ralphs on an emergency “coffee run” and at the Ralphs at McBean.  If you know that particular ralphs – there is ZERO cellular phone reception, except when the planets are aligned.  That is when this call came in – the planets must have been aligned 🙂  At least with me and my ATT service.

Especially, when you get by the butcher department.

I was only there to buy coffee, but that is not the way it played out. I also bought some heavy cream, some cheese and a case of water.

By the time I got back outside I had 6 missed calls, and a hateful voice mail, showing that this lady had some type of horrible experience by a past realtor.

I called her back, texted her, and left a voicemail message.  I let Paris listen to the same voicemail message saying, “I don’t know what you are up too – I think there must be something fishy going on, and more…”

At this time, I am still confused – but this is how it works.  We get a signed listing contract. We call the sign installation company. Within a couple of days the sign goes up and, within a pre decided time frame, the property goes into the Multiple Listing Service and starts the internet population.

When you call on a sign, most agents will give you all the information you need and even set up a time when you may be able to view the home for sale.

As was my intention.

However, if they get disconnected from you, don’t think the worst.  It maybe that they were buying coffee in Ralphs and had no cell reception, being cut off and not hanging up.
