Talk about a loaded Question. After I reported an increase in median sales prices when comparing the closings with November 2010 and December 2010 – I did get some phone calls…  Not from others in this industry, but from media sources.  Everything was verified and the search was apples to apples – conducted in the exact same way for each month.

I also said we need more data in order to renter a “best” opinion as to where prices are headed.  At least a Quarter, preferably a Third section of the year so a better comparison can be conducted.

December had the holidays – everything that had been worked in on October and November closed December – A seemingly valid reason could be made from that fact – We will have to see.
