Curbed has done a wonderful article that will show what my Paris911 Team has been seeing first hand.

When showing properties in the Santa Clarita Valley and Elsewhere in Southern California.  We come across a multitude of residences where the grass is dead, the bushes and trees have over grown, boarded up windows, and huge amounts of paper stuck and or inserted into the front door closure.

My Clients want to know what the scoop is with these other homes that are not in the MLS and not revealed by the searches we put together for them.

“They are in some part of the Foreclosure process”, I state.  A Title pull from Title Profile reveals just that.  There has been a Notice of Default Filed and only time will tell the outcome of this Vacant Property.

I would hinge a bet with you that these homes are in no position to be saved.  The owners have moved on and these have not been factored into any “market stabilization” equations.

Keep a watchful eye and if you want us to search for Foreclosures – Let me know and contact my team.
