7 tips for buying foreclosures – Nov. 19, 2009.

When we are assisting our clients with the Foreclosure Buying process, we know first hand how they are handled from the Inside.  We have several banks that utilize The Paris911 Team at RE/MAX to sell their Foreclosures.

So, from the Pre-marketing view to the actual being placed on the Market for Sale in the Santa Clarita Valley or Elsewhere – We can best inform our clients and make the strongest offer so they have the best advantage when it comes to scribing offers on Foreclosures.

This Market will loosen up sometime in the near future.  As for now, it is a bit tight.  All you have to do is ask the Buyer out there how many new homes come onto the Real Estate Market in a 24 hour period.  Very Few these days.

The banks are waiting until the Holidays are over, but come the first of 2010, January, I am thinking that we are going to start building steam once again with the Real Estate Inventory.
