Computer Analysis Posted at 0534hrs, December 1, 2009.  I have just completed the Foreclosure Recon for the Santa Clarita Valley and there are 4 new Foreclosure Listings that have entered this constrictive market for sale.

With an even spread from each of these communities having 1 REO and Bank Owned newly listed in each:  Agua Dulce, Canyon Country, Castaic, and Valencia.

Estate homes to Condo’s – these Foreclosures are ready to be viewed and written upon.  We have those resources which you seek.  Constant Contact and never guessing what happened to your Offer.  I say this because I find this to be the biggest complaint.  From the First Time Buyer to the Seasoned investor.

All our clients want to be is kept in the LOOP.  Understanding that you do not pay your agent’s commission to represent you as the Buyer.  Your closing costs consist of Your part of Title, Your part of Escrow and your Lender’s Fee.  Our commission is paid from the Seller, whether human, Corporate, bank owned etc. 

Escrow and Title Fee’s are pretty much set by Sales Price, the only wild card is the Lender Fee – So make sure your agent can catch you up on that and advise you, arming you with the best questions to ask.  At one time, Paris was a Lender – making her the best resource for this Loan Education of which I speak.
